What’s stopping your creativity?

I am sure if you think back when you were a child, picking up some colored pencils and drawing something came very spontaneous. As time went on, you lost your spontaneity to create.

The number one reason is judgement.

Judgement from others and more importantly, judgement from ourselves. We started to compare our work with others and if we did not match up, we stopped trying.
