By accessing or using Sourcelight Media, LLC's websites (sourcelightmedia.com, fundoodles.com, courseclik.com, colurpik.com, bitesizeclips.com) and services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Services.

2. Description of Services

Sourcelight Media, LLC provides:

  • Fundoodles: Visual communication services including graphic recording, graphic facilitation, gag panel cartooning, and caricature portraits, with original artwork available for purchase via Gumroad
  • Courseclik: The Creative Readiness Training Program — paid online courses covering Think, Draw, Learn, and Make domains, delivered through Courseclik.com (built on white-label technology provided by Heights Platform)
  • Colurpik: An in-development product design case study, documenting the process from concept to prototype. Not currently available for purchase.
  • Bitesizeclips: Gamified instructional video content aligned with the Creative Readiness Training domains, where viewers earn credits for watching videos

3. Course Enrollment and Accounts

  • Courseclik requires you to create a username and password to access the course platform at Courseclik.com (built on white-label technology provided by Heights Platform)
  • You must provide accurate information when enrolling in a course
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a course, or have parental/guardian consent

4. Purchases and Payment

  • All course prices are listed in USD on Courseclik.com; payment is processed securely through Stripe
  • Fundoodles artwork prices are listed on Gumroad; payment is processed securely through Gumroad
  • By completing a purchase, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge your selected payment method

5. Refund Policy

Courseclik Courses: All course sales are final. However, we may consider a refund on a case-by-case basis if the student has completed all lessons and activities within the course and feels a refund is warranted. To request consideration, contact hello@sourcelightmedia.com with details about your completed coursework and the reason for your request. Approval is at Sourcelight Media's sole discretion.

Fundoodles Artwork: All sales of digital and physical artwork through Gumroad are final, unless otherwise stated on the product listing.

Colurpik: Not currently for sale; no applicable refund policy at this time.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Services — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, course materials, videos, training curriculum, and the Colurpik product design — is the property of Sourcelight Media, LLC and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or create derivative works from this content without our express written permission.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
  • Share, resell, or redistribute course materials or content without authorization
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services
  • Upload harmful code or malicious content

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. Sourcelight Media, LLC does not guarantee specific results, outcomes, or skill improvement from participation in the Creative Readiness Training Program or use of any other Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sourcelight Media, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

10. Third-Party Links

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites, including our payment processors (Stripe, Gumroad) and email provider (MailerLite). We are not responsible for the content or practices of these external sites.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
